Terms and Conditions 

• Cancellation Policy:
  Full payment is required upon the time of reservation and a deposit fee will be required to secure date of reservation. Cancellations are accepted up to 5 days prior to the scheduled tour or service without incurring any charges. To cancel a booking without penalty, customers must contact us at any time of the day. 

• Cancellations made less than 5 days before the scheduled tour or service may result in forfeiture of the full payment.

• Damages to the Vehicle:
  Customers are responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle during the tour or service. A clean-up fee will be charged based on the severity and nature of the mess caused in the vehicle. Additionally, any damages caused will be assessed and charged to the credit card on file. Customers will be held responsible for the cost of repairs for any damages incurred.

• Liability & Responsibility:
  In an event of a major accident involving the vehicle, Nobiluxe Escapes is liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the tour or service and fully commercially insured. Customers are responsible for following safety guidelines and instructions provided by their Host during the tour or excursion.

• Legal Compliance:
  This booking policy complies with all relevant laws and regulations in our jurisdiction.

• Review and Finalization:
  By making a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our booking policy. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these policies.
